This is an excellent caulk, and a light duty adhesive. I like that it's not permanent like other 3M caulks. However, this stuff makes a great seal between surfaces, and really keeps out the water. Quite sticky though, and you need mineral spirits to clean up. The only thing I don't like is using half the 10 oz tube, because by the time I need it again, it hardens up in the tube and the nozzle within a few days. Fortunately they do sell this in 3 oz tubes, that have a screw cap, since I use this in small quantities.

Using it on below water-line seams on a1936 Chris Craft cruiser. Easy to work with but MUST use latex or vinyl gloves, long sleeves, etc. It can get quite messy! Found it to be sandable after curing, very helpful in fairing rough bottom areas.
