TotalBoat Aluminum Boat Leak Sealer is a quick & easy cartridge-based solution to the perennial problem of leaky seams & rivets. It combines the strength of epoxy with the flexibility, sag resistance, & sealing properties of an elastomeric sealant for quick, permanent fixes.

Resin and hardener come in a handy cartridge. Attach the included static mixing tip, snap the cartridge into a caulk gun, and apply. You don't have to get your hands dirty and there's no mess to clean up.

Apply Aluminum Boat Leak Sealer to properly prepared aluminum surfaces in temperatures as low as 40°F. Available in a 250 ml cartridge. Includes 2 static mixing tips. Additional tips are available.

Important: Not designed as an emergency repair product. For emergency repairs on the water, use TotalBoat Underwater Repair Epoxy.

    Application Notes: Store the Aluminum Boat Leak Sealer cartridge at room temperature (60-90°F) before and after use. Apply when the temperature of the ambient air and the aluminum substrate is 40°F or warmer. When finished, leave the static mixing tip on the tube to cure. For the next application, simply remove and replace the tip. Do not attempt to clean the tips.
