Meguiar's Clear Plastic Cleaner #17 non-abrasive formula safely cleans discoloration and removes fine hairline scratches from all clear acrylic or polycarbonate plastics. Part of a 2 step cleaning and polishing treatment for clear plastic.
To use, apply a small amount of #17 clear plastic cleaner to a buffing/polishing cloth, work into the surface until it hazes and then buff out with another buffing/polishing cloth. Stubborn discoloration or scratches may require multiple applications. Follow immediately with an application of Meguiar's #10 Clear Plastic Polish.

As stated before, paint was on my windshield. I had put on a compound to remove the paint but in doing so I milked up the windshield and I was unable to see thru it. I applied this peoduct three times, with a lot elbow work and it cleared the windshield like new. After applying the polish looks like a new windshield! Most amzing product I ever used. Thanks!
